E-mail karma@healthpromo.com or call us at 888-246-8008 and tell us the product, quantity, when you need it, if you want your logo added to it, where to ship the items and your contact information.  

Artwork:  e-mail what you want imprinted to karma@healthpromo.com   If there is a logo, please e-mail
that to us (preferably in Adobe Illustrator, vector art that ends with .eps or .ai).  You will receive a proof via
e-mail and once we receive your approval, we’ll place your order.
 
Production time:  normally 5-10 working days depending on the product + shipping time.  Production time begins the day after we have placed the order with the manufacturer.  Need them faster?  Please contact us regarding rush services.
